  Somewhat paradoxically, I've only ever had slow service when it hasn't been busy in the store - weird times like mid-Sunday afternoon, or other off hours - but on one occasion I did wait at least a good 20-25 minutes for one salad. Otherwise, service is friendly, store is clean, food is delicious, etc. and I'm still glad the chain came to Elizabeth City. Just hoping the pace can be improved even during times when there's only one customer waiting.
