  The receptionist is RUDE! I refuse to go here anymore because the young girl that answers the phone at this office is nasty, short and very rude! She talks over you and is not helpful or empathetic in any way. It's a shame to have this type of attitude be the first thing you have to talk to when your life is not doing well, which is why you need to go see a counselor. I recommend you get a new receptionist! I gave 2 stars because the counselors are actually good.
